A Whole New World! This is what a canvas usually A Whole New World! This is what a canvas usually looks like when I feel it's ready for a new creature to live in it. The next step on this mixed media work in progress is to draw and then paint the next strange creature that wants to come into being. Bold Strokes! A few splashes of paint scraped acr Bold Strokes! A few splashes of paint scraped across the fresh gesso and it's the beginning of a new painting. I'll add more marks, painting and layers but there's a moment of potential that I really enjoy at the beginning.
